Wills
A professionally prepared Will gives you control over what happens to your estate and can provide clarity and reassurance for the people you leave behind.
Why make a Will?
A Will allows you to decide who should inherit, choose the people who will administer your estate and make arrangements that reflect your own family circumstances. If you die without a valid Will, your estate is distributed under the statutory rules of intestacy rather than according to your wishes.
A Will can be especially important if…
- you live with a partner but are not married or in a civil partnership;
- you have children from a previous relationship;
- you have stepchildren you wish to provide for;
- you own a property or other significant assets;
- you want to appoint guardians for minor children; or
- you simply want certainty about who should benefit.

Your circumstances and wishes will be discussed with you in plain English. You will have the opportunity to review your draft carefully and ask questions before your Will is finalised.
Home appointments are available across Epping, Essex and surrounding areas. Initial consultations and instruction-taking appointments are also available by video call.
